Soon I discoverd the wholeness Yoga brings as a physical and philosophical exercise.
The deeper we dig into it the more we might understand the metaphorical value of all movements and positions.
Yoga enables us to reach a much more balanced outlook on and approach to life, besides helping us to enjoy great health, physical well-being and overall fitness.
While admiring and respecting the completeness traditional Yoga provides I developed a personal note in my teaching, not only reflecting my education and experiences as a dancer but also as a mother of five and a person who has travelled the world.
I follow the Hatha technique of the Iyengar school. While applying the important approach of alignment, respecting strict adherence to well-defined positions, I practice the harmonious flow from one "asana" to another.
Yoga is not only great fun but also the most peaceful way to develop a healthy body and mind at the same time and in full harmony.
