About Me

I was born and raised in Germany.
From the moment I could walk I started dancing. At any given opportunity observations, impressions and imaginations were transformed into a process of creation.
After graduating from high school I received a diploma in teaching, dance and choreography at the University of Fine Arts Heidelberg-Mannheim and an additional specialized education in the field of Jazz, Modern and Contemporary Dance in Stuttgart and New York.
Curiosity and the circumstances of life - I'm blessed with a loving husband and five amazing children - brought me to live and teach in Germany, Togo, Mozambique, Slovak Republic, Belgium, Cuba and South Africa.
On this journey I also started writing poetry, creating sculptures and teaching Yoga.

I believe in life-long learning through travelling, communicating, reading, studying and passionately re-inventing oneself while using opportunities and taking chances as they come.
Curiosity drives me to learn more about others and myself, and teaching allows me to share this experience. I find it particularly rewarding when it can make a difference to others.

I hope for a better world and a more dignified life for all of us.
